Payment Terms

At Highvex Industries, we strive to build long-term business relationships by offering secure, transparent, and flexible payment terms for our international customers. As a trusted manufacturer of Leather Fashion, and Leather Accessories, we understand the importance of smooth financial transactions throughout the production and shipping process.

For all custom manufacturing orders, a 60% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate production. The remaining 40% balance must be paid before shipment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Repeat customers and long-term business partners may be offered customized payment arrangements based on mutual understanding and business history.

Production begins only after order confirmation, approval of samples (if required), and receipt of the advance payment. Customers are requested to verify all product specifications, artwork, sizes, colors, materials, quantities, and packaging details before production starts, as customized orders cannot be modified once manufacturing is in progress.

All banking charges incurred outside Pakistan shall be the responsibility of the buyer, while local banking charges will be borne by Highvex Industries. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or local government fees in the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
